Days in Beijing

It¡¯s a memorable day for July 1, 2004 on which Mr. Bill Gates
came to Beijing. With great honor, I attended the ceremony took
place in the Attached Experimental Middle School of Beijing
Normal University to welcome him.
The most impressive thing is the answer of Mr. Bill Gates to
the question about ¡°personal ideal¡± by students during the communication.
When he was asked by a student from the Attached Experimental
Middle School of Beijing Normal University with question ¡°what
is your personal ideal¡±, he said, ¡°My ideal in the future is
to make computer smaller and more convenient for people to use¡±
As we all know that it¡¯s difficult for famous person to set
his object , however Mr. Bill Gates detailed it of his own.
I think his ideal should be the common one of us, only we can
break down our object into details, we can realize it in maximum.
I was also satisfied notwithstanding it was a pity for me having
not took photo with Mr. Bill Gates. Carsickness troubled me
during the days in Beijing. The teacher named Xiaomin Zhao and
the driver of the taxi looked after me carefully and comforted
me ¡°never mind¡± even when I dirtied the other seats in the car.
My love to Beijing and the help of other people supported me
fulfill my visit in Beijing.
The help from Mr. Bill Gates and his corporation in Beijing
gave us power to work hard and set great object, we will pay
back all the people who cared us with excellent achievements.
Although Shangri-La owns aboriginal and beautiful scenes, it
is still in poverty and underdevelopment. The children from
Shangri-La long for going out of mountains and they appreciate
Microsoft for his indication and construction of the window
through which to communicate with outside.
During this activity I also visited the office building of Microsoft
(Beijing), I was attracted by its luxury modern and efficient
equipments. We believe under the hard work of Microsoft and
others, people will get access to more efficient and more convenient
communicating and computer equipment in the near future, it¡¯s
our common object and let¡¯s go for it together.
